Sasmita Sandha started with a single cow in 2013, selling milk door to door in Sripura. It grew slowly, the way dairy businesses do. One more cow, then another. When she wanted to go further, she didn't wait for someone to teach her. She learned paneer-making off YouTube and started selling that too.

By 2021 she was also working as a Community Resource Person for Mission Shakti; a role she values, though she's clear that entrepreneurship is where her real interest sits. What she didn't have was capital, or a framework for scaling past what one person can carry alone.

A five-day training with Epsilon Foundation and Magic Bus gave her both. She used what she learned to apply for and receive a biri-grinding machine, adding a third income line to milk and paneer.

Sasmita didn't need to be taught how to work. She needed the tools to make the work compound over time.
