Program:

The Skill-Based Employment-Linked Training Program aims to enhance the employability of rural youth by equipping them with relevant technical and workplace skills and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities. The program provides training in technical skills, workplace readiness, communication, digital literacy, and career development, enabling participants to build the competencies required for formal employment. 60 youths from Jharsuguda have successfully completed the training, of whom 27 candidates have secured employment. The initiative is supporting young people in developing job-ready capabilities, accessing formal employment opportunities, and strengthening their pathways toward economic self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
