Trade Skills for 181 Youths

Program:

Skill development training programs organized in industry-relevant technical trades, including Assistant Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, Wireman, and Control Panel Operations, to enhance employability and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural youth. A total of 181 youths benefited from the initiative, gaining practical knowledge, hands-on exposure, technical competencies, and workplace readiness aligned with industry requirements. The program strengthened participants’ job-ready skills and career prospects, while supporting their access to employment and livelihood opportunities. By equipping rural youth with relevant vocational skills, the initiative is contributing to economic empowerment, improved employability, and greater self- reliance among young people in the community.
