Program:

Initiated in FY 2024-25, this programme treats conditions that are often both medically complex and financially out of reach for the families affected: cleft lip and palate, facial deformities, burns, traumatic injuries, congenital abnormalities and tumours. Care runs well beyond the operating table. A multidisciplinary team, plastic surgeons, orthodontists, speech therapists, rehabilitation specialists and counsellors, manages diagnostics, corrective surgery, orthodontic treatment, speech therapy and long-term follow-up as a single continuum, not a series of disconnected referrals. The goal isn't just physical repair; it's restoring the confidence, functionality and social participation that these conditions often take away.

Measurable Outcomes:

Over 6,200 patients have received free reconstructive and primary care treatment, with a 92% full-recovery rate and follow-up support extending up to one year post-treatment.
