A fresh coat of paint doesn't sound like much until you're one of the 1,200 students walking those halls every day. St. John's School and PU College in Ballari got a full campus refresh, carried out by AMD Enterprises - new paint across buildings that were showing real wear, which does more than just look better. A cleaner, brighter campus tends to shift how a place feels to be in, and it protects the underlying structure from further deterioration in a way that postponing maintenance never does. It's a modest-sounding intervention that shows up in campus morale more than in any single headline number.
